Chocolate Works (Part 6): Chocolates and Pairings

Updated: Apr 15

"Chocolates and Pairings" is the brand name adopted to represent our chocolates. Couverture chocolates paired with unconventional fillings. Different brands of chocolates are used with widely sourced fillings. Each production batch is widely different to keep work interesting. "Take a Chance, Indulge Your Senses"

The first official Chocolate Box. Fruits and Nuts series that is worth maintaining. Four brands of couverture chocolates used. Valrhona, Callebaut, Patissier and Belcolade; with freeze-dried fruits (raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, peach, and passionfruit) and nuts (pecan, macadamia, walnut, hazelnut, and pistachio). The odd one is a spice, the pink peppercorn.

A menu card attached to each box.

To better inform on what each chocolate contains and the different types of chocolates; dark, milk and white and their percentages.

The posters of each flavour, design courtesy of Canva. For the record, keeping them on my blog. :)
