Welcome to Nurainie Tan Cakes

I create beautiful custom-made wedding cakes and dessert tables for weddings and events. A graduate from Catering and Hospitality,  with a 12 years stint in education, training upcoming Hoteliers. Currently a free-lance private Chef specialising in handmade sugar flowers and wafer paper creations that will add a special touch in creating a stunning cake that will be the centrepiece of wedding celebrations. Add-on a dessert table with dainty bite-sized petit four custom-made to match the overall wedding theme to delight and share the love with guests.

I am an advocate for formal skill-based education and I believe getting a formal ceritification will make experiences carry more weight and further able to contribute and collectively grow the industry with like-minded professionals. The internet is my current distributor in sharing and documenting processes of my lifelong learning and skill stacking endeavours.
